We went to High School Musical the play downtown at this little theatre in the middle of West Yellowstone. It was the greatest. I never even knew I wanted to see it, but after seeing it, I can't see how I could have lived without having that experience. Justin Bieber, Hannah Montana, and the Jonas Brothers all starred in it (well, their songs before and after the play started) and I sang along to each and every one. Dream come true.
Also, we went to the bear and wolf habitat. The kids all got to hide the bears' food (unfortunately while the bears were not there) and then let the bears come in and find it.

We hiked down this hill. It looked a lot less steep than it actually was. Also, flip flops are not the shoe of choice for this experience....
Sometimes you just gotta go swimming whether you have a swim suit or not.

This bear comes and sits in front of the fence almost like it knows people want to take its picture
This little guy lives at the house we are staying at. I taught him how to sit. Impressive, I know. He loves to come give me hugs when I come outside and I'm not sure if he knows how large he really is. Almost knocks me over every time.
Apparently I attract the guys ages 14 and 70. As I was driving to Montana today, I was on a one lane highway and we were going about 65. There was a truck in front of me with a canoe in the back and 2 boys sitting next to it in the truck bed. Kinda risky I thought. I followed them for quite some time and the boys stared at me the whole time. It was a little awkward. Finally the truck turned, and as it passed I nicely waved to the boys because I felt like we had become friends. The older one, probably 16, hurriedly looked my way and put his hand up to his ear suggesting that I call him. I'll have to stop by his town on my way home.
Also, I finally made it to West Yellowstone!!! Longest drive of my life, but I am here safe and sound. It is so pretty here and probably sometime this week I will bombard this blog with pictures.
I got my passport picture taken today (yay) and the guy at WalMart that took it was completely sketchy. He flirted with me from the second that I walked in until I took the photo and left. It was really weird for me. I would enclose the mini picture but nobody likes their faces in official documents so you don't get that honor. Plus, I look like a raccoon because of the sunglasses tan line that work has so graciously bestowed upon me. It was kind of horrible, but what can you do about it. At least for the next ten years whenever I look at my passport I will remember what a hard worker I was.
On a happier note, I finished Harry Potter 6 today. That makes books 1-6 finished in around 2 months. That is a record for me. I don't care if the people at the library think I can't read with the amount of books on tape that I check out...
Since my mom and sibs are all at Yellowstone without me for another day, I have been spending a lot of time alone at my house. My dad is always working and when he is home, I am working. But I don't say this to invite any creepers into my house while I am home alone, I say this to recount the exciting things that I do while I have nothing else to do. Even though I am 19 years old and haven't asked my parents' permission for a lot of things, I still find pleasure in having ice cream for dinner AND eating it in my room. Two things that my brothers would be very jealous about. There are probably more things, but I am boring myself with this story so I am going to end.
The day has arrived. Cousin's Camp starts tomorrow at Yellowstone. Unfortunately I have to work until Wednesday so I don't get to go till then. Grandpa arrived yesterday and some more of my cousins showed up today so we are prepared for some fun. We had a girls party of nail painting tonight and there were some beautiful results
He really does like me, even if he doesn't like to show it
He had some beautiful fingers and toes going on
My hand is the tannest.
Random hippo that we found. The toy, not the girl
Don't mind my sunglasses tan line. It's pretty bad
I don't have anything to blog about today, but Kid History came out with a new video. I can watch these over and over again and laugh every time until I can't breathe. Enjoy.
"Don't punch.....our car"
"I'm gonna steer...steal .. your birthday stuff!"
"Girls are mermaids....some boys are mermaids too"
"Do we have ninja stuff?" -No "Then lets use our pirate stuff, cause I know we have pirate stuff"
"She has short hair like a boy, but she's a girl"
"Oceanology! Oceanography!!"
"Hahahaha noooo Poly's don't talk"
There is a correct way to drink chocolate milk. It is like this...
Moving on. You can only complain so much about being tired, a little sunburned, hot all the time, and just generally exhausted. I have used up all of those things and I really don't have anything more to say. I mean I took my car to the gas station and filled up all the tires with air and that was the highlight of this day.
In exactly one week I will be driving to Yellowstone for the Fam Vacation. If anyone reading this would like to accompany me on that road trip, I would much appreciate that. I am sad that I can't take the whole week off of work, but a girl's gotta make some money around here.
Facebook no longer holds any interest for me, so read my blog instead and leave interesting comments that I can laugh and smile about. Because clearly I am no longer interesting. Thats all.
